TEXTY
T- Tell me something about what you read
EX- Write out an EXcerpt from the book (with citation) related to the most significant or pivotal point in the reading
Example: "My father was crying. It was the first time I saw him cry. I had never thought it possible" (Wiesel 19).
T- Try to understand better by asking a question
Y- How does it relate to you? OR, if it does not relate to you; How did reading this make you FEEL?

(T) Edmund lies about going into Narnia making Lucy cry and Peter gets furious. Peter and Susan talk to the professor about the situation, he is not much help. Then, to avoid being seen they all go into the wardrobe and into Narnia. They then begin to travel. (EX) Susan is amazed as expressed in saying "I'm sitting against a tree, Said Susan 'And Look! It's getting light... over there"' (Lewis 60). (T) Why is Edmund so terrible to his younger sister? (Y) I don't do terrible things to my little brothers............. much.

Y: this relates to me because i have lied before.
(T) Edmund denies that he was in Narnia.

(T) Why can't Edmund just admit that Lucy was telling the truth from the beginning?
(Y) I've found out that someone was telling the truth at first and I really never believed them tell I found out sooner or later.
T edmond is happy that his plan is working and that she is getting sad.

y- i know someone who is named Lucy
T. Edmund denies being in Narnia, or meeting the whitch. Peter gives him a talking to, and then him and Susan talk to the professor, who gives them some advice, though they didn't understand it at all. They all then find themselves in Narnia after they hide from the main after peter and Edmund take apart a suit of armor.
