    EX " In 1819 Franklin led an expedition into the wilderness of northwester Canada. Two years oyt of England, winter over took his small party as poldded across an expanse of tundra so vast and empty thatthey christened into the Barrens, the name by which it sill unkown" Krakauer 180

    (T) Did they take any of Chris's belongings from Bus 142?
    (Y) I would never want to live in a bus for that long.

    T = Why couldn't the rest of the book been like this?

    Y = I truly and honestly liked this chapter. It was fun to read.

    EX "He had been woefully unprepaired to lead an arctic exploration, and upon his returning to england, he was know as the man who ate his shoes" (krak 181)
    T why didn't mccandless look more into how to preserve meat?
    Y i have felt quizy before.

  9. (T) Krakauer and company find the bus and survey the area and get a good perspective on the land. (EX) "I decided not to bed down inside Fairbanks 142" no kidding (Krakauer 186). (T) Why did Chris's stuff get left in the bus? (Y) I am curious.
