T: I learned many things today again. I learned that going on a trip you need to KNOW FIRST AID because if soemone gets hurt you will know what to do. Also that you dont want to pack too much things in your backpack because then ot will weigh you down but you dont want less.

T: What footwear would you recomnend to other people who would want to go on trips?
Y: Actually over the summer I took a babysitting clss that taught me how to do mouth to mouth.

T today you talked about how there are no bad conditions in the terrain or weather but just bad choices of what you brought with you and I agree with you about that because these days you can buy anything and everything for each and every condition of weather or terrain

T Whst is the highest level of first aid certification do you have
Y I have the second degree of the first aid certification
T I learned that there are different levels of first aid.

Y I just got certified in first aid
T-I learned that Andrew Skurka is an amazing backpacker and that when backpacking you have to think function vs. the weight.

Y-This relates to me because I am planning to take backpacking trips in the future and I would like to know some helpful tips.

Y = I had a good pair of hiking boots once, but I outgrew them.
T-Right footware is crucial.

Y- Similarities between careful planning for camping trip and regular travel- relevant to me because I hope to experience various foreign lands in my lifetime.
