TEXTY
T- Tell me something about what you read
EX- Write out an EXcerpt from the book (with citation) related to the most significant or pivotal point in the reading
Example: "My father was crying. It was the first time I saw him cry. I had never thought it possible" (Wiesel 19).
T- Try to understand better by asking a question
Y- How does it relate to you? OR, if it does not relate to you; How did reading this make you FEEL?

I read about the fire going out. It was exitting when piggys glasses got knocked off.My qouthion is how big is the island. IT relats to me because i have eatten a pig before
ReplyDeleteT. Ralph and co. try to relight the fire, but they have to wait for piggy. when he finaly gets up, Jack and Co. come out of the jungle looking like a bunch of derainged maniacs, carying the carrcas of a pig.
