    T: Why did the guy scream, was it because he saw something or because of excitement?

    Y: this part of the book made me kind of confused

    (T) This portion tells about how the americans bombed the concentration camps.
    (EX)"That was when we began to hear the planes."(Wiesel,60) this excerpt talks about the bombing,
    (T) Why did they bomb the concentration camps, they might have killed inocent people.
    (Y) This makes me feel sad and unhappy because many peoples live could of been claimed just for a liberation.

    Y this was just flat out evil and bad.

    (T) A kid was hung for stealing some soup.
    (EX) "That was when we began to hear the planes." (Wiesel,60) this qoute describes the planes flying overhead.
    (T) What was the purpose of bombing the camps?
    (Y) This was so awful.

    (Y) The little kid didn't deserved to be hanged.

    T = Life in the camp gets a little harder for everyone.

    EX = "Fear was greater than hunger" (Wiesel 59).

    T = Are they using the hanged people to make soup?
