TEXTY
T- Tell me something about what you read
EX- Write out an EXcerpt from the book (with citation) related to the most significant or pivotal point in the reading
Example: "My father was crying. It was the first time I saw him cry. I had never thought it possible" (Wiesel 19).
T- Try to understand better by asking a question
Y- How does it relate to you? OR, if it does not relate to you; How did reading this make you FEEL?

T-Why did he only try and raise 12 grand why not more?
y- It relates to me because i have gone on mision trips kind of like his two to help people.
T. Greg is not only easily lost, but is also clumsy occasionally.

T. So $1 equates to about 40 Rhupies
Y. I remember when we rented a hotel room that pretty much had just carpet, and rudimentary wallpaper, and beds.
T- Creg was takeing the suplies up to the village and was riding back on top of the truck
